Job Description: Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot UC and CTI tools and infrastructure.
- Assist in patching, system upgrades, and configuration of communication tools.
- Perform basic root cause analysis and resolve technical issues related to voice, chat, and video communication systems.
- Work closely with senior engineers and vendors on CTI integration and automation projects.
- Maintain system documentation, logs, and monitoring dashboards.
- Support integration of communication tools with APIs and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for incident and change management.
- Ensure systems comply with authentication and security protocols.
- Contribute to PoCs involving AI, LLMs, NLP, TTS (Text-to-Speech), and STT (Speech-to-Text) in the UC/CTI space.
To Succeed in this Role: Required Skills
- Understanding of Unified Communication tools (VoIP, SIP, Avaya/Ubona/Exotel, any CcaS and UCaS services preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CTI systems and their role in enterprise communication.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, ports).
- Exposure to Windows/Linux system administration.
- Working knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and compute/storage fundamentals.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or PowerShell preferred).
- Awareness of AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, TTS/STT, and API integrations.
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, LDAP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
