Le ou la Partenaire, Talent joue un rôle clé dans l’attraction, la sélection et l’intégration des talents au sein de l’organisation. Cette personne agit comme partenaire auprès des gestionnaires afin de répondre aux besoins de dotation et d’assurer une expérience candidat·e cohérente et de qualité.
En plus de son rôle central en acquisition de talents, la personne contribue au soutien des programmes de gestion de la performance et de développement de l’expertise. Elle est responsable de la mise en œuvre des programmes d’expérience employé·e et d’engagement, incluant la santé et le mieux-être, la reconnaissance et la philanthropie, en s’assurant que ces initiatives sont accessibles, adaptées et respectueuses de toutes les identités et réalités. Elle contribue ainsi activement à la mobilisation de tout le personnel et à l’évolution des pratiques Talent et Culture, en favorisant un environnement de travail inclusif et respectueux des différences.

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES MINIMALES
Éducation/Expérience/Certification
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en acquisition de talents.
- Membre de l’Ordre des CRHA / CRIA (atout).
Autres qualifications
- Expérience démontrée en acquisition de talents couvrant l’ensemble du cycle (recrutement, intégration et fin d’emploi).
- Expérience dans la coordination ou la gestion de programmes d’expérience employé.e (ex. santé et mieux-être, reconnaissance, engagement, initiatives internes).
- Capacité à soutenir le déploiement de programmes structurants (performance, développement, initiatives organisationnelles), en collaboration avec des parties prenantes multiples.
- Aisance dans un environnement technologique en croissance et en évolution constante.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des plateformes numériques (ATS,
- LinkedIn, Microsoft 365) et aisance avec l’adoption de nouveaux outils, incluant ceux liés à l’IA.
- La maîtrise du français est requise pour ce poste. La maîtrise de l’anglais est également nécessaire afin de communiquer efficacement avec des clients et des collègues partout au pays.

The Talent Partner plays a key role in attracting, selecting and integrating talent within the organization. This person acts as a partner with managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a consistent and quality candidate experience.
In addition to their central role in talent acquisition, the individual contributes to supporting performance management and expertise development programs. She or he is responsible for the implementation of employee experience and engagement programs, including health and wellness, recognition and philanthropy, ensuring that these initiatives are accessible, adapted and respectful of all identities and realities. In this way, he or she actively contributes to the mobilization of all staff and to the evolution of Talent and Culture practices, by promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment.

Education/Experience/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA / CRIA (asset).
Other Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition covering the entire cycle (recruitment, onboarding, and termination).
- Experience in coordinating or managing employee experience programs (e.g., health and wellness, recognition, engagement, internal initiatives).
- Ability to support the deployment of structuring programs (performance, development, organizational initiatives), in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a growing and constantly changing technological environment.
- Good command of recruitment tools and digital platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365) and ease with the adoption of new tools, including those related to AI.
- Fluency in French is required for this position. Proficiency in English is also necessary in order to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across the country.
