Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Technician based in Nellore, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. Key daily activities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, ensuring the proper functioning of solar panels, and maintaining compliance with safety and technical standards. Collaboration with team members and providing customer support for solar power system usage are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar Systems, Solar Power, and Power Generation fundamentals
• Strong understanding and experience in the Solar Industry
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in solar power systems
• Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and technical standards
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients
• Relevant certifications in solar technology or electrical systems are a plus
• Prior experience working with renewable energy systems is an advantage
