Marketing Analyst
Position Overview
Our credit union client is hiring a Marketing Analyst to support the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing initiatives and campaign performance across products and channels. This role works closely with Marketing & Brand Management, Product, CRM, and Data teams to ensure accurate performance reporting, surface insights, and support data driven marketing decisions.
This position is execution focused and is designed for an analyst who is hands on with data, comfortable working across teams, and interested in growing toward deeper ownership of marketing analytics and attribution over time.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on multi channel marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mail, email, social, brand, display) to support visibility into campaign performance.
- Compile leading performance indicators (CTR, CPM, clicks) and assist in tying them to lagging outcomes (accounts opened, CPA, ROI) to support holistic performance reads.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards used by marketing and product partners.
Audience & Segmentation Analytics
- Analyze audience segmentation performance and summarize findings related to engagement, conversion, and efficiency.
- Support CRM and lifecycle analytics by evaluating segment level performance and test results.
- Assist with test and learn initiatives by analyzing A/B test outcomes and documenting insights.
Analytics Support & Insight Development
- Support advanced analytics initiatives by preparing datasets, validating results, and summarizing findings.
- Identify trends and performance drivers in campaign data and surface data backed observations to senior analysts and managers.
- Respond to ad hoc analytic requests in support of marketing, brand, and product teams.
Data Quality & Analytics Enablement
- Validate campaign data accuracy during segmentation and post campaign analysis to ensure reliable reporting.
- Partner with data, CRM, and digital teams to help structure raw data into datasets or tables used for analysis and visualization.
- Support the maintenance of consistent metric definitions and reporting standards.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Digital, CRM, Data Management, and UX teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytic outputs.
- Communicate findings clearly through summaries, dashboards, and presentations tailored to non technical audiences.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or data analysis.
- Hands on experience analyzing data using SQL and analytics tools.
- Experience working with marketing, CRM, or campaign data.
- Ability to clearly communicate analytic findings to business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in data quality and accuracy.

- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
