Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in the role of Sales Analyst at Tenneco:

  • Create Dashboard for Commodity recovery automation by element, SKUs business unit plant wise
  • Develop product costing model and standardize as per operating procedure to deliver efficient and effective process and reduce cost timing
  • CQP (Customer Quote process) Smartsheet activity for Quotation process optimization
  • Conduct profit pool analysis including TAM, SAM, existing business red ink, etc
  • Develop dashboard for Sales team KPI, Sales vs AOP vs prior year for analysis of sales and strategic budget planning
  • Coordinate with sales team, finance, purchase, SCM, Operations, and other key functions
  • Update SOPS by business unit to align with SGE, business booking
  • Perform competition analysis with market research on product and financials, including market share analysis by product group vis-a-vis OEM build plan
  • Manage sales data, prepare MIS reporting, and create presentations for business review

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you should possess the following technical skills:

  • Strong business analysis acumen and data management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Power BI for building Dashboards
  • Experience with SAP, MS-Excel, and Powerpoint
