Job Description
You will be responsible for the following key tasks in the role of Sales Analyst at Tenneco:
- Create Dashboard for Commodity recovery automation by element, SKUs business unit plant wise
- Develop product costing model and standardize as per operating procedure to deliver efficient and effective process and reduce cost timing
- CQP (Customer Quote process) Smartsheet activity for Quotation process optimization
- Conduct profit pool analysis including TAM, SAM, existing business red ink, etc
- Develop dashboard for Sales team KPI, Sales vs AOP vs prior year for analysis of sales and strategic budget planning
- Coordinate with sales team, finance, purchase, SCM, Operations, and other key functions
- Update SOPS by business unit to align with SGE, business booking
- Perform competition analysis with market research on product and financials, including market share analysis by product group vis-a-vis OEM build plan
- Manage sales data, prepare MIS reporting, and create presentations for business review
In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you should possess the following technical skills:
- Strong business analysis acumen and data management capabilities
- Proficiency in Power BI for building Dashboards
- Experience with SAP, MS-Excel, and Powerpoint
