About Telence Solutions
Telence Solutions is a specialized consulting and engineering firm focused on advanced network architecture, automation, and AI-driven operations. We work with leading service providers, utilities, and enterprises to modernize network infrastructure and build intelligent platforms that improve visibility, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Role Summary
We are building a next-generation AI-driven Network Management System (NMS)—and we’re looking for a Python Front-End Developer who can bring complex network intelligence to life through intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
This role sits at the intersection of network engineering, AI-driven analytics, and modern web development. You will develop user-facing features that visualize network performance, automate operations, and surface insights from large-scale telemetry and AI models.
What You’ll Be Building
- Real-time dashboards for network health, telemetry, and KPIs
- Interfaces for AI-driven fault detection, prediction, and automation workflows
- Visualization layers for network topology, traffic flows, and performance analytics
- Tools that help operators manage core, edge, transport, and cloud networks
Key Responsibilities
- Develop web applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) for NMS platforms
- Build responsive, high-performance front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Integrate UI components with backend services, APIs, and AI/ML-driven data pipelines
- Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for high-volume network data
- Work with streaming or near real-time data sources (telemetry, logs, events)
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code; actively participate in code reviews and debugging
- Collaborate with architects, network engineers, and AI teams to translate complex requirements into usable tools
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Solid experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with APIs and integrating front-end with backend systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and exposure to NoSQL
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks, Git, and modern development workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment
Preferred / Differentiating Experience
- Experience building or working with Network Management Systems (NMS), OSS/BSS, or telecom platforms
- Exposure to network telemetry, SNMP, streaming data, or observability platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven applications or data visualization tools
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP/MPLS, routing, transport, cloud networking)
- Experience with real-time dashboards, event-driven architectures, or data pipelines
- Knowledge of database optimization for high-ingestion environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
What We Look For
- Engineers who can translate complex network data into intuitive user experiences
- Builders who thrive in 0→1 product environments
- Individuals comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate under minimal supervision
Why This Role is Unique
- Direct involvement in building an AI-native NMS platform, not maintaining legacy tools
- Opportunity to work on real-world carrier and critical infrastructure networks
- Exposure to network architecture + AI + software engineering in one role
- High impact: your work directly influences how networks are monitored, analyzed, and automated
Compensation
- 💰 Longterm contract based
- 📈 Performance-based incentives tied to product and company growth
- 🚀 Significant growth opportunity as the platform scales
