Job Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients (hotels, dealers, distributors, project sites) for business development
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and explain features to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Basic to average English communication required
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation if required
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, electronics, or hardware sales
- Own vehicle will be an advantage
