Business Analyst- SAP and Manufacturing Domain is Mandatory.

You have been working as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain for at least 5 years. Your educational background includes a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. You should be familiar with SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN, etc. Additionally, you must have experience in defining solutions for data analytics, reporting, and AI, along with a good understanding of data modeling and SQL queries.

Your role will involve requirement gathering, writing BRDs, working closely with business stakeholders, data validation, testing, and conducting UATs. You will be responsible for preparing presentations, mapping business processes to SAP processes, and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. End-to-end ownership of solution deliverables and the ability to deliver on commitments are crucial aspects of this role. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and possess business process acumen to map processes to data models and architectures.

Moreover, you should have a working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, and XP Programming, and how they are applied in workplace culture.
