About the Rol

eWe are looking for an experienced US HR & Payroll Specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end US HR operations and payroll administration while ensuring compliance with US employment laws and company policies

.The candidate must have prior experience working with US Staffing/Consulting firms and should be well-versed in handling HR operations, payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR documentation

.Key Responsibilitie

sUS Human Resource

  • sManage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and offboarding
  • .Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation
  • .Prepare and maintain employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation
  • .Handle employee relations, HR queries, leave management, attendance, and policy implementation
  • .Coordinate background verification and employment documentation
  • .Generate employment letters, experience letters, salary letters, and HR-related documentation
  • .Ensure compliance with company policies and US employment regulations
  • .Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • .Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and HRIS records
  • .Coordinate with internal departments for seamless HR operations

.US Payrol

  • lProcess weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
  • .Handle payroll for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants/employees
  • .Review employee timesheets and payroll inputs for accuracy
  • .Process payroll adjustments, reimbursements, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
  • .Coordinate payroll reconciliation with Finance and Accounting teams
  • .Ensure payroll tax deductions and statutory compliance
  • .Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation
  • .Support payroll audits and year-end payroll activities
  • .Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related queries

.Compliance & Documentatio

  • nEnsure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations
  • .Maintain employee personnel files and payroll records
  • .Handle I-9 documentation and employment verification processes
  • .Support internal and external audits
  • .Maintain complete confidentiality of employee information
  • .Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of employee documentation
