KPMG is actively looking for a Director of SAP Finance Solutions - Oil & Gas to join our Advisory Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily activities of advisory engagements focused on SAP Finance and Controlling (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.) for diverse clients, encompassing process design, lifecycle support, and project assessments.
• Lead SAP business process mapping as a Solution Architect within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Evaluate technology control design and effectiveness throughout the business cycle.
• Communicate findings and insights to senior management and client personnel effectively.
• Assist in defining the scope of prospective engagements and crafting proposals.
• Supervise and support IT advisory staff performance on assigned projects.
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to uphold KPMG's respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of recent experience with SAP applications, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• Strong familiarity with Oil and Gas industry processes is essential.
• Proven leadership, client management, and delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to establish and sustain significant client relationships.
• Strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and the ability to produce publication-quality written communication for clients' senior management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
