Virtual Nurse Practitioner – Focus on Primary Care (NL)
Join our growing virtual healthcare team! We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care and long-term care support to all across Newfoundland – all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual assessments, manage care, and prescribe as needed- virtually.
- Focus on geriatrics, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed NP in Newfoundland & Labrador + any of: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan.
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, long-term care.
- Beyond comfortable with virtual care platforms and EMRs - Think Technology Savvy
- Strong communicator, independent, and patient-focused.
- Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare
