Intelligence Solutions Training Manager

We are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Training Manager (Precision Ag). The successful candidate can work from any of our client’s locations in Saskatchewan and will be responsible for developing course content, delivering training modules and assessments for employees and management of Training Coordinator role.

Responsibilities Prepare/deliver training modules to employees and customers. Create and adapt content for key focus of region. Organize equipment and other needs to facilitate training. Create strategic short and long‑term training goals. Work with Training Coordinator on training schedule. Participate in onboarding sessions, and ongoing growth and development of employees. Understand technical manuals, equipment set up, components, operations for John Deere and short-line products. Requirements Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience facilitating adult learning programs, strong presentation skills. Technical experience diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products. Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports. Extensive experience in an agriculture‑related role, dealership Service or Precision Ag preferred. Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region. The ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel. A valid Class 5 Drivers License. Must have valid passport and ability to travel internationally. High‑school diploma/equivalent required, Agriculture/Business/Engineering Degree preferred. The ability to use desktop and internet applications.
