Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role located in Fairfax, VA. The Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote the educational, social, and emotional development of young children. Daily tasks include leading classroom activities, fostering a safe and caring learning environment, observing and documenting developmental milestones, and effectively communicating with parents and caregivers. Additionally, the Teacher will ensure adherence to childcare best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Teaching experience to create and deliver age-appropriate educational content
• Education and Training expertise to support skill development and address developmental needs
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families, children, and team members effectively
• Experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
