Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for cloud infrastructure and platforms
• Build and manage InfrastructureasCode using:
• Terraform/Ansible
• ARM / Bicep (Azurefirst)
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure platform and application code deployments
• Automate provisioning and configuration of:
• Cloud compute, storage, and networking
• Application platforms and shared services
• Implement policyascode and guardrails aligned with security and governance standards
• Support automation for:
• Environment builds
• Application onboarding
• Cloud migrations from on-prem to cloud and cloud to cloud
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot cloud automation deployments, workflows and cloud PaaS and IaaS services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and pipeline issues
• Collaborate with:
• Cloud Architecture
• Application Cloud Engineering
• Server, Storage, and DBA teams
• Review and improve existing automation for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Act as an escalation point for complex automation issues
• Mentor Associate-level engineers and promote automation best practices

Skills

• Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in InfrastructureasCode
• Hands-on experience with:
• Terraform
• ARM / Bicep
• Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience automating cloud services in Azure (AWS / OCI exposure a plus)
• Understanding of:
• Cloud networking, identity, and security
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with policy frameworks and compliance automation
• Professional Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to design reusable, scalable automation solutions
• Clear documentation and communication skills
