We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Project Manager with an engineering background and deep expertise in Project Management and Agile methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end project execution for AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Run Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups – ensuring teams stay aligned and productive.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, to ensure transparency of timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define clear project boundaries, control scope creep, and manage change orders efficiently.
• Act as the go-to person for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and address project risks to ensure minimal disruptions and smooth execution.
• Oversee change management processes, including creating and managing change orders to meet evolving business needs.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Gantt charts to drive execution.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, setting expectations and keeping leadership informed.
• Foster a results-driven team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates and aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges and maintain progress.
• Promote accountability, foster a results-driven environment, and encourage continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with experience managing IT projects in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Application Development.
• Proven track record in scope management, risk assessment, and change management.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Gantt charts.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing global teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-facing experience, ensuring clear expectations and delivering successful outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges.
• PMP certification and Scrum expertise required; SAFe certification is a plus.
