Financial Analyst – CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Senior Financial Analyst – Compliance

to manage and ensure adherence to Indian statutory and financial compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and audit processes, and be capable of handling responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Title : Senior Financial Analyst – Compliance

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid work )

Work Timings : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Education Qualification: CA Qualified or CA Semi-qualified is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with

India GAAP

accounting standards

• Manage

Direct and Indirect Tax

compliances, including GST and TDS

• Prepare and file

GST returns

, and perform

GST reconciliations

• Handle

TDS applicability, calculations, and return filings

• Stay updated with the latest

Indian statutory and regulatory requirements

• Independently manage and support

internal and external audits

• Prepare

standalone and consolidated financial statements

• Assist with

US compliance requirements

(basic understanding required)

• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

accounting principles and compliance frameworks

• Hands-on experience with

GST, TDS, and statutory filings

• Ability to

analyze financial data and interpret regulations

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong

analytical and comprehension abilities

• Ability to work

independently with minimal supervision

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
