We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing AWS & Amazon Connect Digital Experience team.
If you’re passionate about building scalable cloud solutions and working on modern contact center platforms, this role is for you.
🔧 Experience
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
☁️ Key Responsibilitie s
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipeline s* Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and automatio n* Support and enhance Amazon Connect digital channels (Chat, Chatbot, Messaging
) Collaborate with development teams for end-to-end deploymen t Monitor system performance, reliability, and securit y* Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform / CloudFormatio n
🧠 Required Skill s
- Strong experience in AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
)* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
)* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
) Knowledge of Amazon Connect and digital integrations is preferre d Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell
