We’re Hiring:- Computer Hardware & Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and support multiple client sites across the Mumbai region.

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 5–10 years in IT Infrastructure / Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle and support client sites
• Manage Microsoft Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Configure and support email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird Basic knowledge of Linux (added advantage)
• Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls
• Perform networking tasks such as crimping and punching
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Identify and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, Processor, SMPS, etc.)
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Set up user accounts and network profiles
• Install updates and patches for software applications Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
• Required Skills:
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Hands-on experience with hardware and networking
• Ability to work independently at client locations
• Good communication and client management
