Job Description
As the L&D Manager at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that fosters individual growth and capacity building in alignment with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed L&D Plan based on identified developmental needs and methodologies.
- Lead the implementation of the L&D Plan to ensure seamless execution and desired outcomes, with a focus on innovative program design and delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of both formal and informal learning methods, continuously improving processes and approaches.
- Enhance existing systems and establish new processes as needed, including managing the L&D budget, updating the Training Calendar, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback on training programs.
- Track L&D data and generate regular reports to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on learning & development trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align L&D initiatives with team objectives.
- Exercise autonomy in determining methods and procedures for new assignments with minimal guidance.
Qualifications
- Technical Graduate such as BE, MCA, or MBA.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in applying innovative training techniques and learning technologies.
- Experience in conducting needs analysis and developing targeted development programs.
- Familiarity with training/learning resources available in the market.
- Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning development systems.
