About the Role
Join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist, where you'll drive impactful paid ad campaigns, optimize performance, and unlock growth for our clients. If you're passionate about data, audience insights, and maximizing ROI, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Use data insights for audience targeting and performance improvement.
- Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tools.
- Analyze campaign results using Analytics and refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
- Generate reports with actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- Co-ordinate with Graphics, Content, and other related teams
Requirements
- 2-8 years of hands-on experience in PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement.
- Experience with GTM, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
