You’ll operate a range of tools and machines—like tractors, skid steers, or brush cutters—while setting grades and installing features according to site plans.</span></p> <p data-start="1640" data-end="1895"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll complete equipment checks, report any maintenance needs, and help ensure site safety protocols are followed. You may also support in training newer crew members in safe practices and help relay instructions from your supervisor to the broader team.</span></p> <p data-start="1897" data-end="2075"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Throughout the day, you’ll monitor your work against project specifications, communicate with team members, and perform physically demanding tasks in various terrain and weather.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5;" data-start="650" data-end="789"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="color: black;">The ability to travel 4-5 nights a week.
