If you’re experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams, working with contractors, and driving technical projects with minimal supervision—this is your chance to make a real, tangible impact on the environment. You’ll work out of one of RES’s regional offices or field hubs, collaborating closely with internal scientists, engineers, construction teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors. You’ll develop project schedules, build and manage budgets, lead cross-functional team meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll work independently to resolve project challenges, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Using RES’s Best Management Practices (BMPs)—including Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, and Project Plans—you’ll track performance and drive results. In the field, you might be coordinating subcontractors, inspecting active sites, or conducting team check-ins. At your desk, you’ll review technical documents, prepare financial reports, and communicate updates with clients and regulators.
