Job Description: Team Goran Photographer & Multi-Media Specialist

This position is responsible for Photography, Videography, Virtual Tours, Drone and General Duties.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer to produce stunning visual content that highlights our real estate listings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent photography and videography skills, including strong editing capabilities, and be capable of capturing captivating aerial shots using a drone.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and capture high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Utilize drones to capture breathtaking aerial views of properties (experience with drone operation is a significant asset).
• Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal, ensuring they meet branding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing materials for online and print marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and organize a library of visual assets for easy accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date with photography and videography trends and technology.
• Ensure consistent high-quality output and meet project deadlines.
• Travel to various properties within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Drivers license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Drone experience is a significant asset; FAA drone certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate photography and videography best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shooting conditions and schedules.
