This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru rural for an Agri-Horticulture Eco-Tourism Developer and Farm Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing eco-tourism initiatives, designing and maintaining agricultural landscapes, and overseeing farm operations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining current plantations (that include more than 1000 arca, coconut, cashew, sapota, guava, mango, jamun, and grapes saplings) and enhancing them with additions up to 3,000 plants in the next year, landscape maintenance, gardening, managing irrigation and solar based power systems, and collaborating with the management to enhance sustainable farming practices that can be showcased to visitors as agri-eco tourism role models. The role also includes hosting and educating tourists about eco-friendly agricultural methods, initiating and conducting innovative day and evening activities in and around the farm such as games, trekking to nearby hillocks (such as Hulukudi Betta), developing and training unique local cuisines, and several other activities promoting our mission. Hotel/ resort managing skills and driving 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler or willingness to learn. Hands-on skills preferred, even if not professionally qualified, would be considered.

Pay: ₹15,477.77 - ₹39,666.47 per month
