Cashier/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Restaurant Cashier to manage billing operations and ensure smooth and accurate transactions. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing operations using POS software (e.g., Petpooja)
• Accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other digital modes
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions
• Perform cash handling, cash tally, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Generate invoices and issue receipts to customers
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy
• Address customer queries related to billing in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
• Assist in basic reporting and documentation as required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of POS/billing software
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of cash management and accounting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude

Experience

• Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome
• Prior experience in restaurant or retail billing will be an advantage

Working Hours:

The role requires working 10–12 hours per day based on operational needs and shift schedules.
