Area Sales Executive – Modular Kitchen
Job Summary
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by promoting and selling modular kitchen solutions. The role involves managing dealer networks, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Promote modular kitchen products to individual customers, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements.
Channel & Dealer Management
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure their productivity.
- Provide product training and support to channel partners.
Client Handling
- Guide customers in selecting modular kitchen designs, layouts, and materials.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer experience.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product improvements.
Coordination
- Work closely with design, installation, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of projects.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of modular kitchen products, materials, and layouts
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Pay: ₹14,267.47 - ₹35,903.88 per month
