Job Description
As an Insights & Analytics business partner at data.ai, you will be responsible for the business and product metrics for the company. You will support business stakeholders with in-depth product and business analysis, continually mining for insights to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) decisions. Your work will receive significant visibility from the Executive team, and you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment, governance, and standardization across the company. Reporting to the Field Operations & Reporting Director in the Revenue Operations (ROPS) team, you will play a key leadership role within the team.
- Product design and development of visualizations and dashboards in Tableau for internal and external clients.
- Create, automate, and maintain reports in well-designed visualization/reporting in Tableau accessible to all teams for self-service analytics.
- Perform detailed data analysis to determine the structure, content, and quality of data through examination of source systems data.
- Develop ways for data.ai internal and external clients to generate insights from complex datasets and identify opportunities to deliver business value.
- Capture and translate Product and Business Requirements into technical solutions by working closely with various teams.
- Partner with the BI Team to have all different data sources accessible in the Data Warehouse as the source of truth for analysis and reporting.
- Implement row-level security for embedded reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Tableau capabilities.
- Deliver analytics solutions to Business teams in a timely manner.
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
- 3 years of experience in BI/analytics and 2 years of experience in Tableau design and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in exploratory data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Experience in handling multiple databases.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation.
- Strong team-orientation and problem-solving skills.
