Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with 16+ years of strong experience in Engineering Services / Automotive ER&D to drive market positioning, demand generation, analyst relations, and large deal support. The role will work closely with business leadership and sales teams to accelerate growth across OEMs, Tier 1s, and the mobility ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities - Define and execute marketing and GTM strategy for Automotive and Engineering Services

  • Drive integrated campaigns, ABM, and demand generation for priority accounts
  • Support large strategic deals with market insights, competitor analysis, and CXO-ready decks
  • Lead Analyst Relations (RFIs, briefings, leadership positioning)
  • Track automotive trends, OEM roadmaps, EV/SDV disruptions, and competition
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and roundtables
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and global stakeholders Marketing Qualified Leads & Business Marketing - Drive business-focused demand generation initiatives to deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) aligned to revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Business teams to define lead qualification criteria, improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, and support deal progression.
  • Design and execute business marketing initiatives focused on growth priorities, offerings, and target customer segments. Vertical & LOB-Aligned Marketing - Develop and execute vertical- and Line-of-Business (LOB)-aligned marketing strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Create tailored value propositions, messaging, and campaigns for key industry verticals and service lines.
  • Support go-to-market plans for priority offerings and strategic growth areas. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver end-to-end execution across demand generation, account programs, and business marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment with business and sales priorities.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative team environment with strong stakeholder ownership. Account-Level Marketing & CXO Engagement - Own and drive account-level marketing campaigns for strategic and priority accounts in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Design CXO-level engagement plans and strategic programs, including executive campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, and tailored account outreach.
  • Support Sales in building relationships with senior decision-makers through targeted, insight-led marketing initiatives. Domain & Technology Exposure - Automotive Engineering Services
