Body Electronics Lead Location: Pune / Bangalore Experience: 10–12 Years We are looking for an experienced Body Electronics Lead with strong expertise in automotive body electronics systems, system architecture, and cross-functional integration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead body electronics system development (BCM, lighting, access, comfort & security), own system requirements & architecture, drive EE/software integration across ECUs, manage supplier discussions & issue resolution, ensure compliance with OEM/regulatory standards, support validation & diagnostics, oversee vehicle-level testing & integration, support SOP & production readiness, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor team members.
