As an ideal candidate for the role at Tata Play, you will be responsible for driving subscriber communications to upsell broadcaster products and value-added services available on Tata Play. Your role will involve leveraging experience with AI-based communication or analytical tools, along with hands-on experience in building consumer-facing brands and developing effective communications that leverage data and insights. You will manage agencies to direct and oversee the development of multiple campaigns and ensure flawless execution across Tata Play owned media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize clear briefs to guide partner agencies in developing relevant and clutter-breaking creatives
- Proficient in conceptualizing and developing impactful creatives based on principles of art, layout, and copy for different consumer mediums/channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align business objectives and promotional plans while providing a sharp communication perspective
- Influence and manage expectations from senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Marketing, content, NPD, and customer operations
- Track KPIs on products and business allocated to you to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of communication and recommend improvements
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights and develop hypotheses for testing
Qualifications Required:
- 6-8 years of related work experience
- Full-time MBA from a reputed Institute is mandatory
