Job Description
TCS is hiring for the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Technical Support. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, preferably in Adobe products, and the ability to support agents through knowledge sharing, refreshers, and real-time guidance. This role involves handling advanced technical queries and ensuring seamless support for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support in a voice process
- Handle complex “how-to” and troubleshooting queries
- Support agents through knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and refreshers
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product and process-related queries
- Deliver clear and structured solutions to international customers
- Assist floor teams with technical guidance and issue resolution
Must-Have Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Adobe products (minimum 3–4 products preferred)
- Experience in technical support (voice process)
- Ability to handle advanced technical queries
- Strong communication skills (B1/B2 level for global customers)
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or KT sessions
Good-to-Have Competencies
- Exposure to Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
- Experience in training, refreshers, or agent coaching
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good mentoring and leadership ability
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
