Key Responsibilities

AWS Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Design and provision scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Configure core networking including VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups.
• Implement high availability using Application/Network Load Balancers and Auto Scaling groups.
• Manage cloud storage and permissions utilizing AWS S3 bucket policies and lifecycle rules.
• Orchestrate container workloads using AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service) for microservices.

Automation, CI/CD & Configuration Management [1]

• Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for automated building, testing, and deployment.
• Write reusable Terraform modules to maintain consistent environments across Dev, QA, and Prod.
• Develop Ansible playbooks for automated configuration management and server provisioning.
• Containerize applications using Docker, managing multi-stage builds and image repositories.
• Maintain version control standards, branching strategies, and repository security using Git.

Scripting & Workflow Orchestration

• Build custom automation tools and API integrations using Python.
• Write advanced Shell scripts (Bash) for OS-level automation and system maintenance.
• Manage batch jobs and enterprise workflows using Control-M scheduling software.

Required Technical Skills

• Cloud Platform: AWS (VPC, S3, ALB/NLB, ECS, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• Configuration Management: Ansible
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins
• Containers: Docker, ECS
• Scripting: Python, Linux Shell Scripting (Bash)
• Workflow Scheduling: Control-M
• Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
