Hiring | Retail Pharmacist Tata 1mg | Mohali
Join Tata 1mgs B&M Retail team and play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services, seamless operations, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and drive sales performance
- Ensure accurate medicine dispensing as per valid prescriptions
- Handle inventory management, stock audits & expiry control
- Provide excellent customer service (in-store & online channels)
- Maintain billing, compliance & SOP standards
- Support store merchandising and promotional activities
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Bachelors in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
- Valid Punjab State Pharmacy License (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer & pharmacy software knowledge
