Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Academic Delivery

• Deliver lectures for pharmacy subjects as per the prescribed syllabus
• Teach students in a clear, effective, and concept-based manner
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching schedules
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus
• Conduct revision and doubt-clearing sessions
• Support students in academic improvement and concept clarity

Practical and Laboratory Responsibilities

• Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, and lab sessions
• Guide students during experiments and practical work
• Ensure proper use of laboratory equipment and materials
• Maintain discipline and safety standards in laboratories
• Support the maintenance and academic utilization of pharmacy labs

Student Guidance and Mentoring

• Mentor students for academic progress and professional growth
• Guide students in assignments, seminars, projects, and presentations
• Address subject-related doubts and academic concerns
• Encourage discipline, participation, and learning interest among students

Academic Content and Evaluation

• Prepare notes, assignments, question papers, and internal assessment material
• Evaluate answer sheets, assignments, practical records, and tests
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and results
• Participate in examination and evaluation-related duties

Departmental and Institutional Support

• Assist in departmental academic planning and coordination
• Participate in seminars, workshops, meetings, and institutional activities
• Support documentation and compliance work related to pharmacy education
• Contribute to departmental development and academic quality standards

Research and Professional Development

• Participate in faculty development activities, seminars, and conferences
• Stay updated with current trends in pharmacy education and practice
• Support academic innovation and institutional improvement
• Contribute to a strong academic and professional learning environment

Required Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in pharmacy

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: M.Pharm.
• Candidates with relevant teaching experience in a Pharmacy College will be preferred
• Freshers with strong academic background and subject command may also be considered, subject to institutional requirements
• Candidate should meet applicable academic and regulatory norms for pharmacy education

Preferred Profile

• Experience in teaching B.Pharm. or D.Pharm. students
• Experience in handling practical and laboratory sessions
