Roles and Duties:

Requirements

• Possesses the strength and endurance to frequently lift and transport items ranging from 35-50 pounds during a work shift.
• Has the skillset to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. intermittently during their shift.
• Engage in tasks requiring standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching frequently and consistently in a work setting.
• It is imperative to exhibit a favorable and respectful attitude while working on individual tasks or with a team.
• Possessing the capability to accurately execute rudimentary math operations, to include counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Proficiently able to accurately understand and analyze the information presented on product labels, tickets, and documentation.
• Minimal direction is needed when using computer systems and handheld devices once one has received proper training.
• The ability to communicate well is highly valued by employers across all industries, making it essential to hone your skills in this area
• The ability to comprehend and follow safety procedures, practices, and instructions necessitates adequate proficiency in reading, speaking, and comprehending the English language.

Additional Requirements

• Possessing the ability to operate powered equipment safely, including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift, and work at specified heights of up to 40ft.
• Perform tasks at an elevated position of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine level (if applicable)
• Capable of performing duties in temperature-controlled settings, including refrigeration and freezing units, throughout the workday.
