Responsibilities

• Boost sales productivity and ensure a welcoming environment for guests through the application of visual standards, attractive promotional signs, and understanding of product variety and brand selections to provide customer support when required.
• Employ store instruments to gain insights into sales patterns, inventory management, and product usage in order to address and cater to customer needs.
• Manage truck deliveries, shift items to the sales area, and store goods in the backroom based on the necessities of the business.
• Establish visual presentations and merchandising directives to improve customer engagement and increase sales.
• Sustain product availability and a complete floor setup by carrying out essential restocking duties, manual restocking processes, and optimizing merchandising strategies to establish a presentable floor arrangement for customers.
• Manage backroom organization by locating items to aid in restocking, order fulfillment, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Implement best practices for remerchandising to refresh product presentations and ensure a dynamic and appealing shopping environment for our guests.
• Aid in facilitating price adjustments by adhering to recommended clearance merchandising techniques, such as proficiently managing the implementation of signage.
• View the fitting rooms as a valuable opportunity to welcome, motivate, and aid visitors.
• Support guest satisfaction by actively moving merchandise from the fitting room and guest service back to the sales area throughout the day.
• Emphasize the importance of ethical practices, safety protocols, and regulatory adherence within the organizational culture.
• Maintain a secure work approach consistently; adhere to all safety policies, optimal practices, and training modules; report any dangers and address them as needed.

• The position demands a work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a key focus on reliability and being present when scheduled.
• Required to work in diverse temperatures, humidity, and environmental conditions while executing specific duties like Drive-Up, carryout, and more.
• The capability to stay active and mobile while working a scheduled shift (which may vary in duration).
