Do you love meeting people and providing service personally? You might be perfect for our Server/Bartender position in our Taps Sports Bar and Grill! In this role, you would be interacting with our evening guests and ensuring that their needs are met. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
- Upselling drinks to maximize profits
- Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests
- Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
- Providing excellent and timely customer service
- Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
- Stocking the bar inventory when needed
- Other duties as required
Bartender Qualifications:
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal drinking age
- AGLC ProServe Liquor Certificate
- AGLC ReelFacts Certificate
- Mixology Certification considered a definite asset
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
