About the role: Tanu Crochet is a growing handmade brand focused on crochet products, oxidized jewellery, anti-tarnish jewellery, and aesthetic accessories.

We are looking for a creative assistant interested in crochet, handmade products, Instagram content, and creative brand building.

Preferred location:

1. Mumbai preferred

2. Work-from-home flexibility available for skilled candidates

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in crochet-related work.

2. Handle packaging and order management.

3. Support product coordination and operational activities.

4. Assist in Instagram content planning.

5. Create reels and social media content.

6. Manage social media handling and engagement.

7. Maintain aesthetic presentation and branding consistency.

8. Assist with creative ideas for brand growth.

Preferred skills:

1. Basic crochet knowledge or strong interest in handmade products.

2. Interest in Instagram, reels, and content creation.

3. Creativity and aesthetic sense.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Responsible and consistent work ethic.

About Company:

Hi, I'm Tanmai Patil, founder of Tanu Crochet. I'm 19 years old and currently building a growing handmade brand focused on crochet products, oxidized jewellery, anti-tarnish jewellery, and aesthetic accessories.

What started as a creative passion is now slowly growing into a serious business, and I'm now looking for a female creative assistant/partner who would genuinely enjoy working around crochet, handmade products, packaging, content creation, and social media.

I'm not looking for a typical employee mindset I would love to work with someone creative, trustworthy, aesthetic-minded, and interested in growing together long-term. Work-from-home flexibility is possible for experienced crocheters or skilled creatives, and meeting 2-3 times weekly is enough as long as communication and work quality are maintained.
