Talint's client is a growing and respected provider of quality and safety management consulting and services in the construction industry to both government and commercial clients.
Our client is seeking a QC Inspector/Junior Quality Manager to support a major long-term Amtrak tunnel infrastructure project. The role requires 5+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality management on heavy civil construction projects such as highways, bridges, or tunnels. This is an onsite role focused on inspection oversight, contractor coordination, and quality assurance compliance.

Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between contractor and QC/inspection teams
- Supervise 3rd-party QC inspection and testing activities
- Assist in development of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Review QC inspection and test reports for compliance
- Ensure inspectors have required documentation and guidance
- Attend coordination, daily, and contractor meetings
- Track inspection manhours for invoicing
- Support Quality Manager with project requirements
