Job Description

As a part of the Overseas Education industry, based out of Matunga West, Mumbai, your role involves engaging with prospective students and explaining study abroad options. You will be responsible for understanding student needs and guiding them accordingly. Additionally, you will need to schedule counselling sessions with senior leadership, follow up consistently to drive conversions, build trust, and maintain strong student relationships. It is crucial to track interactions and update CRM regularly to ensure effective communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and explain study abroad options
  • Understand student needs and guide them accordingly
  • Schedule counselling sessions with senior leadership

In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in counselling/sales, preferably in EdTech
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
  • Confident, empathetic, and persuasive demeanor
  • Basic CRM knowledge is considered a plus
