What You’ll Do

• Engage shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with orders and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to increase order value.
• Manage order-related concerns like tracking and returns to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
• Represent the brand by ensuring each interaction aligns with its specific tone and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
• Prior E-commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, subscriptions, and cart recovery).
• Internet: Reliable connection with 15 Mbps Upload and Download minimum.
• Hardware: PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
