Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with orders and product recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling to increase order value.
- Manage order‑related concerns like tracking and returns to ensure a positive post‑purchase experience.
- Represent the brand by ensuring each interaction aligns with its specific tone and service standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- Prior e‑commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, subscriptions, and cart recovery).
- Reliable internet connection with 15 Mbps upload and download minimum.
- PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
