Job Description
TalentOS is hiring Customer Retention Specialists (Voice Only) for a client. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls focused on service retention, issue resolution, and product promotion.

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound retention‑related calls
- Promote and retain products and services while addressing customer concerns
