Job Description
We are looking for 7–15 years of experienced L3 Network Engineer with deep expertise in LAN, Routing, WiFi, DHCP, IPAM, and Cisco ISE to support and enhance large-scale enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as L3 escalation for complex issues across LAN, routing, wireless, DHCP/IPAM, and Cisco ISE
- Troubleshoot and manage campus/branch networks, WLCs, SSIDs, and client connectivity
- Administer and optimize DHCP, IPAM, DNS, and Cisco ISE policies (authentication, profiling, posture)
- Use Splunk for log analysis, event correlation, and RCA
- Lead change implementations, support deployments, and ensure network stability
- Collaborate with architecture/security teams and mentor L1/L2 engineers
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
Required Skills
- 7–11 years in enterprise network engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in LAN switching, routing (OSPF, BGP), wireless (Cisco WLC/APs), DHCP, DNS, IPAM, Cisco ISE
- Knowledge of network security, segmentation, and access control
- Working knowledge of Splunk / ThousandEyes
- Experience with ITSM and change management
Certifications:
- Cisco CCIE Enterprise Wireless or CCIE Security (preferred)
Mandatory skills : Routing & switching, Cisco Wireless controllers, DHCP/DNS, Cisco ISE
