Data Analyst Digital Factory India- X Delivery

Role Overview:

You will be working as a data analyst for the BCGX Delivery S&E team, collaborating closely with consulting teams on various advanced analytics topics. Your role will involve leveraging analytical methodologies to provide value to stakeholders by offering analytical and technical subject matter expertise and support for accelerated execution. You will participate in gathering requirements, specifying, designing, developing, delivering, and supporting analytic solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering analysis and insights to case teams, taking ownership of analytics modules and integrating with case teams
• Establishing credibility by thought partnering with case teams on analytics topics and drawing conclusions on external and internal issues
• Communicating analytical insights effectively through synthesis and packaging of results with consultants
• Executing analytical approach and contributing to approach selection
• Demonstrating strong proficiency in data modeling and analysis, with skills in Python/SQL (ETL & EDA), Advance Excel, and secondary skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, client-oriented mindset, and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborating effectively in cross-functional and global teams, thriving in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science or Data Science
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in providing analytics solutions in a commercial setting
• Analytical reasoning and complex problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in the data analytics field
• Consulting experience will be considered a plus
