Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and structure information from multiple data sources.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful business insights.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and visual representations of data.
• Provide data-backed inputs to support business teams.
• Track and review key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting outputs.
• Carry out one-off analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and core data analysis methods.
• SQL familiarity is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization platforms is a plus.
• Basic Python or R exposure will be considered an advantage.
• Strong reasoning and troubleshooting abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset.
• Academic projects, internship exposure, or self-driven analytics work will be helpful.
• Candidates must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
