We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Admission Counsellor to manage the end-to-end admission process for the school. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding parents, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission inquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures
- Conduct school tours and provide complete information about the institution
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents to convert leads into admissions
- Manage and update admission records, forms, and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission documentation and processing
- Assist in organizing admission drives, events, and open house sessions
- Achieve monthly/annual admission targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service (school experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data handling
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude

- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
