Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Admission Counsellor to manage the end-to-end admission process for the school. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding parents, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures
• Conduct school tours and provide complete information about the institution
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents to convert leads into admissions
• Manage and update admission records, forms, and databases
• Coordinate with internal teams for admission documentation and processing
• Assist in organizing admission drives, events, and open house sessions
• Achieve monthly/annual admission targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service (school experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data handling
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
