Marketing Automation Strategist - Dynamics 365, CRM

Out Entertainment client is looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Strategist to elevate email and CRM into high-impact, revenue-driving channels. This is a full-time, direct hire position working in a hybrid environment in St. Louis, MO.

This role owns lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end, serving as the marketing lead for Dynamics 365 while driving advanced segmentation, personalization, and continuous optimization.

What You'll Do

Design and optimize full-funnel lifecycle journeys across multiple markets

Own and optimize marketing automation and email programs in Dynamics365

Drive smarter segmentation, personalization, and data quality

Measure performance, lead testing initiatives, and improve ROI

Partner closely with marketing, sales, design, CRM, and digital teams

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle, or email marketing

B2b and Agency experience a bonus

Proven success driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue through CRM programs

Strong experience with segmentation, workflows, and behavioral triggers

Dynamics 365 Experience Strongly Preferred (HubSpot a Plus)

Analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
