The Service Reliability Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical services and infrastructure. We are looking for talented engineers to join the team and help build and operate the systems that power these services.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Rust
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and containerization technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Description

As a Service Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, and operating highly available and scalable distributed systems
• Automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
• Implementing robust monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues
• Participating in on-call rotations and leading incident response efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the reliability and performance of services
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
