Job Description

As a Production Lead, your role involves leading the production, analysis, and improvement of production systems to enhance throughput, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex technical issues and production-related problems using data analysis and root cause analysis. Ensuring that all processes meet high-quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols is a key aspect of your job. Collaboration with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to implement improvements and achieve business objectives is essential. Additionally, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff is part of your responsibilities. Developing, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation will be crucial. You will also be required to evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies for integration into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production, analysis, and improvement of production systems
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues and production-related problems
  • Ensure processes meet high-quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and achieve business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship
  • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies for production integration

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in Production Machine Shop like CNC, VMC Machine shop with a minimum of 6 to 10 years
  • BE Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Willingness to relocate to Dabaspet Location

In addition to the technical expertise required for this role, you should have a deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes, quality management standards (e.g., ISO), and relevant laws and regulations. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions is essential. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills are also crucial for success in this position.
